Who can buy MERO window film?
Anyone can purchase MERO products directly from our website. There are no dealer applications, minimum orders, or approvals required.
MERO window film is designed primarily for professional automotive window tint installers, but you do not need to be a professional installer to purchase.
Do I need a dealer account to order?
No. MERO has public pricing and open ordering. Simply choose your film, size, and shade and place your order.
No dealer account or application is required.
What's the difference between MERO Carbon and Ceramic?
MERO Carbon is our lower-cost option for shops looking for a straightforward, color-stable professional window film.
MERO Ceramic offers higher heat and infrared rejection and is our primary performance line.
What shades are available?
MERO Carbon:
5%, 15%, 20%, and 35%
MERO Ceramic:
5%, 15%, 20%, 35%, 50%, and 70%
Actual VLT may vary from the shade designation. Refer to the specifications on each product page for measured performance information.
What roll sizes are available?
Standard 100' rolls are available in:
- 20" × 100'
- 40" × 100'
- 60" × 100'
Select custom-cut configurations may also be available, such as splitting a 60" roll into 24" + 36" rolls.
Custom-cut products are final sale and cannot be returned.
What is the Ceramic Core Rack?
The MERO Ceramic Core Rack is a first-order bundle designed to help you stock the ceramic shades shops use most.
It includes four 40" × 100' rolls:
- 5%
- 15%
- 20%
- 35%
We bundled the four core shades together so you can stock your ceramic lineup for less than purchasing each roll individually.
The Core Rack is limited to one per customer or business. You can purchase additional regularly priced rolls on the same order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. MERO offers free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may be subject to additional shipping charges.
How quickly will my order ship?
In-stock orders placed before 12 PM PT, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day.
Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the following business day.
Custom-cut products may require additional processing time.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Free local pickup is available at our Paramount, California location.
Most pickup orders are ready within 4 business hours.
Pickup hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PT.
You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Do you ship internationally?
MERO currently ships within the United States only.
International shipping may be offered in the future.
What is MERO's return policy?
Unused, uninstalled standard-stock products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Custom-cut products cannot be returned.
The Ceramic Core Rack must be returned as a complete bundle and cannot be partially returned.
What warranty does MERO window film include?
MERO automotive window film is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against qualifying manufacturing and material defects, including discoloration, excessive fading, bubbling, peeling, cracking, and delamination.
The warranty covers replacement film only and does not cover installation, removal, or reinstallation labor.

Does MERO offer installation support?
Our team can help with product questions, orders, warranty claims, and general customer service.
MERO does not include technical installation coaching or dealer-development services.
Do you offer samples?
No. MERO does not currently offer film samples.

Yes. Customer support is available in English and Spanish.
